The roof ridge ventilator AIR-VENT it’s an innovative Bin Sistemi solution for the ridges with a fastening on the lath. It is created in aluminium or copper cover sheets. The special series of horizontal openings of the two sides assures excellent ventilation and at the same time it impedes water leaks. The body has pleated lateral strips in aluminium or copper with a butyl glue ring beam. The wide development waves adds another degree of adhesiveness to the cement applied on the tiles, assuring an easy job and at the same time it prevents water leaks or any other atmospheric misfortunes. This roof ridge is adaptable to other Bin Sistemi accessories such as lath brackets and ridge clamps.





Another product for the ridge with a lath setting is represented by the roof ridge ventilator with resistant brushes. The upper part is made of a P.V.C. body with high relief holes in order to contrast the water infiltration and to assure the aeration. The surface cones have the task to distance them from ridge tiles. The brushes are in Siena Red colour and come in a range of lengths. The brushes guarantee an easy set and prevention against atmospheric misfortunes.





METAL-VENT is the “all-in-metal” roof ridge strip for the roof with lath ventilation produced directly by Bin Sistemi 5 meters long and 300 or 400 millimetres wide pleated coils. It is available in aluminium or copper. It’s finished with butyl glue. The ventilation is created by special small holes distributed in a circumscribed area on two sides of the roof ridge. The set is done by unrolling METAL-VENT all along the lath of ridge and/or the eaves The special pleated assures the adaptation of the roof ridge to every type of cover. The butyl glue adheres perfectly to the mantle below.





DACH-VENT is the exclusive polypropylene woven body strip with lateral bands in pleated aluminium and an adhesive ring beam with butyl glue. It’s known for its good ratio between quality and price, optimal resistance. Allows an excellent ventilation (stated in the DIN 4108 part 3 regulation). Ideal for the ventilation of the rooms covering the tiles and latin tile roofs. Unrolled along the lath of the ridge and/or the roof slope, the lateral pleated metal strips that are known for the wide waves, are adapted to every type of tile, the butyl glue allows a perfect adhesion to the mantle. It’s available in several widths: 320, 370 and 400 millimetres.
